Expert advice will be on hand to suggest ways you could adapt pieces, you may even be inspired to sign up for Joelle Harris’ upcycling or sewing courses to adapt and transform some of your finds.
Throughout the evening Helen from Mooi Therapies will be giving free head and arm massages. Helen offers beauty and holistic therapies in the privacy of your own home and will be offering tasters throughout the evening.
Lorraine Holden will be bringing Forever aloe vera products for you to look at and sample. Aloe vera is a succulent plant concealing a pure inner gel that has been used for centuries to improve health and enhance beauty., it can be taken as a tonic or applied to skin
And as always there’s some great art and craft on display too.
How it works
Bring in your clothes before the event and we will give you swishing tokens according to quality to use on the night.
We’ll be open every day from Monday 27th Feb to Friday 2nd March for you to drop your clothes and accessories off.
St Giles hospice will have a rail of their quality clothes on sale and all remaining clothes as well as 10% of profits will be donated to the hospice. St Giles hospice shop in Swadlincote has a fantastic wedding room upstairs with wedding and bridesmaid’s dresses for sale and some high end outfits for mother’s of the bride so there will be quality outfits for sale.
